Erasmus+ Experience
In 2026 I joined four Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, each with a different theme and an international group of young people. Below, in chronological order, is what each one is about and my part in it.
Theme: Positive activism and meaningful youth participation.
A Youth Exchange on how young people can take positive action and take part in a way that really counts.
Explored positive activism with an international group and took part in cleaning the port of Lavrio.
Youthpass
Theme: Sustainable practices and reducing waste at events and festivals.
A Youth Exchange on how events and festivals can produce less waste and be organised more sustainably.
Interviewed local residents about recycling on Elafonisos while exploring more sustainable approaches to events and festivals.
Youthpass
Theme: Communication, self-awareness and collaboration in an intercultural group.
A non-formal learning exchange that used ideas from NLP as a starting point for talking about communication and self-awareness. It was not clinical or therapeutic training.
Explored communication and self-awareness, and built connections with young people from other countries.

Theme: The circular economy and the creative use of digital tools.
A Youth Exchange that brings together the circular economy and hands-on work with digital tools.
